Option 1
MAINTAIN Package (Retainer)
$250/month
Includes max 4 hours per month. Additional hours billed at $65/hr.
Keep your website working as well as the day it launched.
Best for:
Businesses that are happy with their website and want someone reliable to keep it that way.
Websites need looking after. Links break, information changes, forms stop behaving, and small issues have a habit of going unnoticed until someone points them out.
MAINTAIN takes care of the essentials. I regularly check your website, deal with anything that needs attention, and handle the smaller updates that keep it accurate, reliable and in good shape.
Includes:
Regular website health checks
Forms, links and key functionality tested
Layout and display issues checked across devices
Broken links and errors resolved
Basic performance and search health monitoring
Minor content and information updates
Priority support when something goes wrong
A straightforward monthly health summary
Option 2
VELOCITY Package (Retainer)
$750/month
Because of the high-value potential of the VELOCITY retainer, this option is value-based, not hours-based.
Keep improving what your website does for your business.
Best for:
Businesses that work in a fast-paced market and/or see their website as an active part of their growth and a potential asset, not just the “ticked box” of a finished project.
A good website should not stand still.
VELOCITY includes everything in Maintain, but goes further. Each month, I look at how your website is performing, where there may be opportunities to improve it, and what deserves attention next.
That could mean refining an important page, improving a user journey, updating content, strengthening your search visibility, testing a better approach, or fixing something that is just getting in the way of our current goals.
The point is simple: your website keeps getting better.

Ongoing performance and visitor analysis
A prioritised list of opportunities and improvements
Regular UX and conversion optimisation

The COmmitment
Details
Minimum commitment for any retainer option is 3 months, after which a new agreement can be signed or the agreement continues month-to-month by default.
Minimum cancellation notice is 30 calendar days.
If ad-hoc maintenance is preferred, this can be arranged at an ad-hoc hourly rate.
