Please note that ALL fields are optional, but the more information you can give me the better the result will be, and the less back-and-forth we will have going into your project. A little more time here: a lot less time answering emails and WhatsApp messages from me later!

Module 1: Core Discovery (The 'Why')

  • What is the single most important objective you want this website to achieve?

  • Beyond the primary goal, what are two or three secondary goals?

  • Describe your ideal customer in detail. Who are they? What are their roles, challenges, and motivations?

  • What specific problem does your product/service solve for them?

  • What is the key message or feeling you want your ideal customer to take away from your new website?

  • How will you measure the success of this project? What key performance indicators (KPIs) matter most to you?

  • Looking ahead 12 months post-launch, what would a 'win' look like for the business as a result of this new website?

  • In three words, describe your brand's personality.

  • What makes your business unique compared to your competitors? Please list 2-3 of your main competitors.

Module 2: Brand & Visual Identity (The 'Look & Feel')

  • Do you have an existing brand style guide (including logos, colour palettes, and typography)? If so, please provide a link or attachment.

  • Please share links to 2-3 websites you admire aesthetically. What specific elements or feelings do you like about them?

  • Are there any websites you dislike? What specifically do you not like about them?

  • Please select 5-7 adjectives from the list below that best describe the desired look and feel for your website:

Module 3: Content & Functionality (The 'What')

  • What is the status of your website's content (text, images, videos)?

  • Please list any specific features the website will need.

  • If e-commerce, approximately how many products will you be selling? Do you have a preferred payment gateway?

  • What is the primary action you want a user to take on your website?

Module 4: Technical Details (The 'How')

  • Do you need to integrate the website with any third-party tools or software?

  • Do you currently use any analytics tools like Google Analytics? If so, would you be able to provide access?
